Requirements:
The candidate must already have the validated Lean Six Sigma Green Belt level.
IIn the case of significant professional practice in continuous improvement without validation of the Green Belt level, we propose à assesment (positioning multiple choice) to verify the level.

The training is remote (synchronous video) or physically (if necessary).
Duration: 3 days - 21 hours

Overview of Black Belt training:
1. Fundamentals of Six Sigma:
Depth introduction to the principles, history, and philosophy of Six Sigma. Participants learn about the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) methodology.
2. Statistical Analysis:
Hypothesis testing, regression analysis, design of experiments (DOE), and various statistical tools. Black Belts become proficient in using statistical software.
3. Project Management:
Project management skills are crucial for Black Belts. You will learn to define project scopes, set goals, create project plans, allocate resources, and manage project timelines effectively.
4. Problem-Solving Tools:
Black Belts will be trained in various problem-solving tools
5. Data Collection and Analysis:
You will learn how to collect and analyze data systematically, ensuring data accuracy and relevance to the improvement project.
6. Process Improvement Techniques:
You will acquire expertise in process improvement methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma, as well as techniques for reducing waste and optimizing processes.
7. Control Charts and Process Capability:
Use of control charts to monitor processes and assess process capability, ensuring that they remain within acceptable limits.
8. Change Management:
Black Belts are taught how to manage organizational change effectively, as process improvements often necessitate changes in workflows and practices.
9. Leadership Skills:
Leadership and communication skills are emphasized to help Black Belts lead project teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and effectively present findings and recommendations.
