This training has a lot of use cases and show you how to use statistical, data analytics software and RPA (Robotic Automation Process). ​The purpose of this training is to give you powerful solutions enable you to make data-driven decisions faster and improve your process to produce smarter, better and faster. Objectives: -Optimizing processes using the DMAIC structure -Taking decisions based on models and information retrieved from data -Running improvement teams to reach the best solution together -Implementing a defined solution within an organization successfully Public: You must be in possession of a Six Sigma Yellow Belt certificate to take the Yellow Belt to Green Belt upgrade.
