The Green Belt training will learn you to lead improvement projects with statistics, agility, and automation process. This training has a lot of use cases and show you how to use statistical, data analytics software and RPA (Robotic Automation Process). The purpose of this training is to give you powerful solutions enable you to make data-driven decisions faster and improve your process to produce smarter, better and faster. ​Objectifs: -Optimizing processes using the DMAIC structure -Taking decisions based on models and information retrieved from data -Running improvement teams to reach the best solution together -Implementing a defined solution within an organization successfully Public: You must be in possession of a Six Sigma Yellow Belt certificate to take the Yellow Belt to Green Belt upgrade.
