Description: The white belt is the first level of continuous improvement, and it gives you a basic understanding of Lean Six Sigma concepts, tools, and terminology. This training integrates a culture of continuous improvement and change. White Belts play a supporting role in projects. ​Objectives: -You will know the principles of lean six sigma and the operational excellence approach. -Use simple tools to apply within your environment. -Be able to identify efficiently the opportunities of improvement and how to prioritize the best subject to work. Public: -All audiences -No requirements needed. -Our methodology is applicable to any sector or profession.
