The Green Belt training will learn you to lead improvement projects with statistics, agility, and automation process.
This training has a lot of use cases and show you how to use statistical, data analytics software and RPA (Robotic Automation Process).
The purpose of this training is to give you powerful solutions enable you to make data-driven decisions faster and improve your process to produce smarter, better and faster.
